Water Damaged Cardboard Tubes

Cardboard is hydroscopic, weakened by moisture and rain, and can lead to column form failure when exposed to moisture. Fast-Tube, made of polyethylene, is uneffected by moisture, and can be left out in moisture and rain indefinitely.
