A recent project of Chateau Homes used the Fastfoot® Monopour System with pre-attached Fastfoot® and sewn corners.

"We have done three monopour projects ", said Peter Francis, President of Chateau Homes Ltd., "but installing and folding fabric on the jobsite always took a fair bit of time. This project had the fabric pre-attached with sewn corners. It took less than a day to get the basics of the ICF foundation complete."

Foundation components are now manufactured with pre-attached footing fabric, saving contractors time on the jobsite.

Sewn Corners

Sewn corners, T-junctions and steps are now available in three sizes: 50", 62" and 74", with custom sizes also available.

"We listened to our customers", said Richard Fearn, Fab-Form Industries. "They told us folding and attaching the fabric was a challenge. We eliminated these steps and streamlined the monopour system yet again."
