FIRST - One Third the Cost

The Zont Bracing System consists of Zont waler brackets, Zuckle wall aligners, Zat catwalk brackets and carrying Zotes. Together these total just one third the cost of conventional ICF braces.

The Zont Bracing System consists of Zont waler brackets, Zuckle wall aligners, Zat catwalk brackets and carrying Zotes. Together these take up just one sixth the space of conventional ICF braces. Use your warehouse to store high margin products, not ICF bracing rentals.

THIRD - Minimal Shipping Costs

Conventional braces are delivered on a flat deck with a Hiab for off loading - very expensive. Zont bracing takes up so little space that it is delivered along with the blocks, making delivery almost free. For the return from the jobsite, typically the contractor will return them in his own pickup, saving considerable money over the use of the flat deck and Hiab.

FOURTH - Incredible Flexibility

A 4' stem wall or a 20' tall wall are ALL handled with Zont bracing.  Simple yet totally height flexible.

FIFTH - Easy Maintenance

The walers and strongbacks are site available 2x4s, similar to plywood forms. This means that there are no long beams with conventional bracing that get bent, damaged or covered in concrete. And there are no pins that can go missing.

 If a Zont waler bracket gets damaged or goes missing, cost is minimal and the contractor does not object to a $5 charge. There is little maintenance required, just count Zonts and Zuckles in their respective totes. Easy.
